Performance Lead, YouTube Support Operations

Role Overview: As an Associate in Business Operations and Strategy at Google, you will be part of a team that tackles challenging business issues. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing data, deriving insights, and presenting recommendations to senior executives. You will also be involved in implementing and monitoring the impact of these recommendations. Additionally, as a Performance Lead within the Performance Analytics and Operations team, you will focus on using data to enhance YouTube's support systems and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to product, support, and business operations to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) concerning support channel effectiveness, user behavior, and support system performance. - Identify opportunities to optimize support processes and propose data-driven solutions with consideration for technical constraints. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and support teams to ensure data-driven decisions are incorporated into product development and support operations. - Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role. - Minimum 1 year of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++). - Experience converting data into insights and facilitating the implementation of learnings. - Experience in creating executive communications (e.g., memos, slide decks) and presenting to non-technical audiences.,
