Performance Engineer - D&C

The primary responsibility of this role is to track and evaluate rig operations performance, conduct non-productive time (NPT) analysis, support in preparing scorecards, and lead performance review meetings with service partners. Key responsibilities include tracking and evaluating rig operations, analyzing NPT to derive insights and compile lessons learned, participating in various meetings to discuss lessons learned, collaborating with teams to evaluate safety and operational performance, managing the performance database, tracking lessons learned and associated action points, coordinating technical sessions, and conducting performance review meetings. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Deep-Water drilling and completion, knowledge of graphics/database software like Excel, Spotfire, and Tableau, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate messages. Candidates should hold an engineering graduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in deep-water drilling and completion.
