Required Qualifications & Skills

Technical Expertise

Database Depth:
8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database administration and performance tuning, including Oracle 12c, 19c, or higher.
Tuning Tools:
Expert proficiency with native Oracle tuning tools:
SQL Trace/TKPROF, Explain Plan, V$ views, and ADDM/AWR
.
EBS Experience:
Strong working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2 preferred) architecture, module dependencies, and data flow.
PL/SQL Mastery:
Exceptional ability to write, debug, and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions.
Operating System:
Experience with performance analysis on Linux/Unix platforms, including commands for I/O, CPU, and memory diagnostics.

Soft Skills

Problem-Solving:
Superior analytical and diagnostic skills to troubleshoot multi-layered, intermittent performance problems.
