Role: Performance Marketer (E-commerce)

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with strong experience in e-commerce advertising. The person will be responsible for running and optimizing paid campaigns to drive sales, leads, and growth across our online platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands numbers, scaling ads, and performance-driven marketing.

What You Will Do

• Plan, run, and optimize paid ads on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google
• Manage e-commerce performance campaigns focused on sales and conversions
• Track daily performance, budgets, ROAS, and key metrics
• Work on product ads, landing pages, and basic funnel improvements
• Coordinate with the internal team for creatives, offers, and campaigns
• Test new audiences, creatives, and strategies to improve results

Who Can Apply

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of conversions, ROAS, and scaling campaigns
• Comfortable working with data and performance reports
• Experience with Amazon ads or marketplaces is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Salary & Incentives

• CTC: ₹3,00,000 per year
• Performance-based commission: up to ₹3,00,000 per year (based on results)
