We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft P2P Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the Procure-to-Pay processes within PeopleSoft Financials. This role requires deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft modules such as eProcurement, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable, along with hands-on experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements related to procurement and payment processes.
Configure and maintain PeopleSoft P2P modules (eProcurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable).
Collaborate with business users, developers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation and support.
Create functional design documents and work with technical teams on system customizations.
Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support go-live and post-implementation activities including user training and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with a focus on P2P modules.
Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft eProcurement, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable.
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
