Job Description

Role Overview: You have over 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Admin Support and application/tools. Your expertise includes strong experience in the latest People Tools installation and configuration on Linux and Windows OS platforms. Additionally, you have at least one Application upgrade experience from PeopleSoft Application version 8.9 to 9.2 with the latest People Tools. Your role involves strong experience in People Tools & PUM Image Upgrade, working/supporting PeopleSoft FSCM environment administration, PeopleSoft Administration including monitoring, bug fixes, Admin/project compare reports generation, configuring web services for automated job start/stop services upon server start/restart, configuring Single Sign-On/Integration Broker after Tools/Image Upgrade, exposure to Oracle Database Administration, and exposure to OS Administration. Key Responsibilities: - Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment - Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research, build POCs, create requirement specifications, define to-be-processes, and detailed functional designs - Support configuring solution requirements on the products, diagnose issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers - Demonstrate knowledge of more than one technology, basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals, Testing tools, agile methodologies, Project life cycle activities, Estimation methodologies, Quality processes, and business domain understanding - Utilize analytical abilities, strong technical skills, good communication skills, and demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods - Stay aware of the latest technologies and trends, and showcase excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Admin Support and application/tools - Strong experience in the latest People Tools installation and configuration on Linux and Windows OS platforms - Experience in at least one Application upgrade from PeopleSoft Application version 8.9 to 9.2 with the latest People Tools - Experience in People Tools & PUM Image Upgrade, PeopleSoft FSCM environment administration, monitoring, bug fixes, Admin/project compare reports generation, configuring web services, Single Sign-On/Integration Broker, Oracle Database Administration, and OS Administration - Knowledge of more than one technology, Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals, Testing tools, agile methodologies, Project life cycle activities, Estimation methodologies, Quality processes, and business domain understanding - Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, good communication skills, and understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods - Awareness of the latest technologies and trends, and excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills,
