People Operations & Talent Acquisition Intern

As a People Operations & Talent Acquisition Intern at Hyperloop Consultancy Group, you will be part of a multidisciplinary Project Management & Redevelopment Consultancy firm that offers integrated services across various domains such as Architecture, Legal, Environmental, and Project Finance in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Talent Acquisition Support** - Assist in candidate sourcing from job portals, social media, and internal databases. - Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for feedback. - Help in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies online. - Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers. - **HR Operations** - Assist in preparing offer letters, onboarding kits, HR forms & documentation. - Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR registers. - Support new employee onboarding sessions. - **Office HR & Employee Engagement** - Assist in planning team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs. - Communicate updates, HR notices, and policy information. - Address basic employee queries and support internal coordination between teams. - **Learning & Compliance** - Gain knowledge of HR policies, hiring best practices, compliance basics, and organizational structure. - Help in maintaining HR compliance and documentation logs. **Qualifications Required:** - Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA in HR, Psychology, Commerce, or related field. - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi. - Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong interest in HR, recruitment & office operations. - Freshers are welcome. **Skills Required:** - Good communication & interpersonal skills. - Energetic with a positive attitude. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes. - Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented. - Team player & quick learner.
