Job Title: People & Operations Coordinator (HR & Sales Support)
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Founder / CEO
Role Overview
This role is a multi-functional coordination position supporting Human Resources, Sales Operations, and leadership logistics. The person will manage recruitment coordination, internal people initiatives, and day-to-day operational support, while also acting as a support to the Sales Coordinator.
Recruitment activities will be periodic and not a full-time HR role, making this position ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, follow-ups, and structured execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR & Recruitment Support
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities:
Job postings
Resume screening
Interview scheduling
Candidate communication & follow-ups
Coordinate onboarding formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee records and basic HR data.
Support simple HR processes (leave records, joining formalities, exit coordination).
2. People Initiatives & Team Engagement
Assist in planning and coordinating team-building activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
Support management in executing culture-building and engagement activities.
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and offsites.
3. Coordination for International & Domestic Visitors
Plan and coordinate logistics for German / international teams visiting the factory, including:
Travel coordination (flights, taxis, local transport)
Hotel bookings
Factory visit schedules
Meeting coordination with internal teams
Act as a single point of coordination for visitors during their stay.
4. Sales Coordination (Support Role)
Act as a support to the Sales Coordinator when required:
CRM updates
Lead & quotation tracking, handle inbound calls and enquiries
Follow-ups with internal teams
Preparing basic sales reports or presentations
Ensure continuity during absences or high-load periods.
5. Administrative & Leadership Support
Handle coordination tasks assigned by leadership related to people, operations, or cross-team follow-ups.
Ensure smooth communication between Mumbai office, Pune factory, and sales team.
Candidate Profile
Graduate / Post-graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR coordination, operations, or office management roles.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable dealing with senior leadership, factory teams, and international visitors.
Good communication skills (spoken and written English).
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, email, and basic CRM systems.
