Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Multimedia Designer with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing engaging multimedia content. ### Roles and Responsibility Develop high-quality multimedia designs that meet client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective multimedia solutions. Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, including storyboarding and visual design principles. Create custom mood boards, wireframes, interface mock-ups, and detailed screen mock-ups per client engagement. Ensure all course element designs are considered, including hover states, correct/incorrect feedback elements, and animated elements. Align instructional approach and visual design direction with project managers and instructional designers. ### Job Requirements Bachelor’s or associate degree in design or a related field. Knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines. Ability to articulate design decisions, suggestions, and provide creative direction. Impressive graphic design portfolio with a proven track record in designing for the web. Experience working in a consulting environment on global client projects. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro to combine on-screen text, images, and vector graphics timed with narrator audio and music. Experience using HTML/SCSS that is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer 11. Ability to review own SCSS and perform preliminary cross-browser testing to fix any larger bugs quickly. Ability to write and comment clear DRY SCSS that is easily maintainable and flexible to varying amounts of text.
