As a People and Culture (P&C) apprentice at Jord company, your role involves managing and maintaining the P&C database to ensure accuracy and efficiency in employee data management. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring the P&C database is up to date with accurate employee information such as personal details, employment history, and health insurance. - Managing and maintaining all P&C records, including new hire data and changes in employment status. - Helping to track employee training progress and certifications. - Regularly auditing the database to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards. - Providing user support and training for BambooHR to employees. - Properly filing and securely storing all employee records in the system. - Managing historical P&C records as needed. - Ensuring that P&C data is readily available for audits and legal compliance checks. - Preparing reports required by regulatory authorities or internal audits related to workforce data, employee documentation, or labour regulations. - Adhering to all Jord company policies and IMS requirements. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Bachelors / Masters in relevant human resources professional. - Excellent computer skills including advanced skills in MS Office computing applications. - Sound written and oral communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the capacity to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
