Pension Funds and Insurance process

As a Non-Voice BPO professional in the Banking sector, your role will primarily focus on handling operations related to Pension, Insurance, and Investments. You will be based in Chennai (Siruseri) and expected to work from the office from Monday to Friday. Your primary responsibilities and qualifications include: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for handling non-voice operations in the BFSI sector, specifically focusing on Pension, Insurance, and Investments domains. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and compliant communication, collaborating with colleagues, and prioritizing tasks efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your good communication skills to convey information simply and concisely. - Previous experience working in Life and Pensions, Financial Services, or Retirements is essential. - Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to maintain accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate effectively with team members, providing input and suggestions for group activities. - Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines. - Adapt easily to changing priorities and work requirements. - Influence colleagues and stakeholders tactfully to drive productive outcomes. - Maintain a customer-centric approach, prioritizing relationship-building and customer satisfaction. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree completed on or after 01/04/2021. - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the BPO BFSI sector. - Prior experience in Pension Funds for at least 1 year is required. Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent, with a fixed day shift from Monday to Friday.
