Description
You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Pega Smart Investigate solutions tailored to the organization's needs. This involves collaborating with business units to gather requirements and translating them into effective Pega workflows, case management, and UI components. Your role will also include analyzing existing investigation processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation using Pega Smart Investigate. You will streamline case management, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision-making capabilities to accelerate resolution times and reduce operational costs. Additionally, you will develop and customize Pega Smart Investigate applications to align with business goals, compliance requirements, and best practices. Leveraging Pega's low-code capabilities to create scalable and maintainable solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Integrating Pega Smart Investigate with various data sources and external systems to ensure seamless information flow will be part of your duties. You will implement data models, establish data mappings, and ensure data security and quality within the application. Testing Pega Smart Investigate applications thoroughly to verify functionality, performance, and compliance with business rules will be essential. Collaborating with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables is also a crucial part of your role. Creating comprehensive documentation for Pega Smart Investigate implementations, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides, will be required. Providing training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and proficiency is also a key responsibility. Addressing issues and incidents related to the Pega Smart Investigate application, investigating problems, identifying root causes, and implementing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and disruptions will be part of your role. Staying updated with Pega Smart Investigate best practices, new features, and enhancements, and proactively suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance the platform's capabilities and user experience is also expected. Supporting the implementation team in designing the solution architecture and ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations will be another aspect of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega Smart Investigate solutions. - Strong proficiency in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega Platform development. - Knowledge of Pega Smart Investigate frameworks, case management, and data management. - Familiarity with BPM (Business Process Management) concepts and workflow automation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment. Experience required: - 5+ years experience in Pega PRPC and at least 1-2 years in Smart Investigate Framework from your current project.,
