Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

As a Pega Lead System Architect, you must have successfully led the implementation of 2 to 3 end-to-end project lifecycles. Your experience should include designing applications from scratch, creating situational layer cakes, and establishing Enterprise class structures. Additionally, you should have expertise in mapping Organization structures and following Data Modeling best practices. Your proficiency should extend to Pega API, Integration And JavaScript API, Listeners, and Email Channels. Knowledge of Object-oriented development concepts, Single Sign-On (SSO), Authentication, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and Context-Based Access Control (CBAC) is essential. In this role, you will lead the development team technically, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices. Your responsibilities will encompass designing, implementing, and delivering user stories following Pega standards. Conducting code reviews, maintaining application quality compliance, and providing thought leadership are key aspects of the position. Collaboration with fellow team members and stakeholders across business and technical dimensions is crucial for solving complex business requirements. You will be expected to demonstrate forward-thinking regarding business and technology alignment, integrating new teams into the Pega framework efficiently. Developing a deep understanding of the Pega Platform and Strategic Applications is imperative. You will champion their use to enhance speed and efficiency, collaborating with the architecture team to establish and maintain architectural standards and a reuse strategy. Furthermore, you will be responsible for promoting best practices within the workflow & case management space. Your role will involve implementing and monitoring internal controls and governance for case management workflow. Ensuring compliance with Pega guardrails, promoting best practices, and governing the Pega support model are essential for the success of the projects. Moreover, you should have a solid foundation in Agile methodologies and the DevOps framework. Candidates applying for this position are required to have a BE/B. Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent degree with a minimum of 11+ years of total experience, including at least 8+ years in Pega. A mandatory certification as a Pega Certified Lead System Architect is essential.
