Pega Lead System Architect

Job Description

Key Skills: Pega Developer, PEGA, Javascript. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead 2 to 3 end-to-end Pega project lifecycles as a Pega Lead System Architect. Design applications from scratch using Pega best practices, including situational layer cake, enterprise class structure, and mapping organization structures. Implement best practices in data modeling and object-oriented development. Work with Pega APIs, Integration components, JavaScript APIs, Listeners, and Email Channel. Demonstrate strong knowledge in security concepts such as SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, and CBAC. Conduct design thinking and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders. Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to Pega coding and design standards. Responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of user stories in compliance with Pega best practices. Perform rigorous code reviews to ensure application quality and compliance. Provide thought leadership in solving complex, enterprise-wide business problems using Pega. Promote forward-thinking solutions that align with business direction and leverage Pega's capabilities. Integrate new teams into the Pega ecosystem, focusing on reusability and scalability. Manage diverse stakeholder expectations and establish strong relationships with technical and business leaders. Champion the adoption and optimization of Pega Platform and Strategic Applications. Collaborate with architecture teams to define and maintain architectural standards with a reuse-focused strategy. Establish and enforce standards and best practices for case management within the Pega framework. Develop and monitor governance practices for case management workflows. Promote adherence to Pega guardrails and ensure sustainable process design. Govern and enhance the Pega support model and related infrastructure environments. Ensure adoption of Agile methodologies and integration with DevOps frameworks. Experience Requirement: 11+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development and architecture. Proven experience in leading large Pega implementations, including greenfield projects. Hands-on experience in integrating Pega with external systems and APIs. Experience with customer service implementations using the Pega Customer Service Framework is recommended. Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong leadership and analytical skills with a strategic mindset. Education: B.E., B.Tech.
