Pega E2E Tester

As a PEGA E2E Testing Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end testing efforts for Pega applications. Your responsibilities will include planning, designing, and executing test strategies to ensure that Pega solutions align with both business and technical requirements. Your strong hands-on expertise in Pega testing, automation frameworks, and integration testing will be essential in guiding junior testers and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and execute test strategies for Pega applications - Ensure that Pega solutions meet business and technical requirements - Provide guidance to junior testers in testing activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes - Utilize automation frameworks for efficient testing processes - Conduct integration testing to validate system interoperability Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 6+ years of software testing experience, with at least 3+ years in Pega E2E testing - Strong understanding of Pega PRPC applications, workflows, and case management - Proficiency in writing SQL queries and validating backend data - Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, PegaUnit, JUnit, Cucumber, TestNG - Solid knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP) and system integrations - Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, qTest, or similar - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities In addition to the above qualifications, the following would be advantageous: - Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) or Pega CSA certification - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines - Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner - Exposure to BFSI, Healthcare, or Telecom domains Please note that Pega CSSA and Pega Decision Lead certifications (CDH) are mandatory for this role.,
