Description
Software Requirements: We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate Pega Developer with a solid understanding of the Pega platform, along with knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Overall Responsibilities: Develop and implement Pega PRPC applications and workflows based on business requirements. Customize and configure Pega PRPC components, including case types, data models, user interfaces, integrations, and reporting. Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to design and test Pega PRPC solutions that meet user needs and comply with industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve Pega PRPC issues and defects; provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications. Stay updated with Pega PRPC technology trends and best practices, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing processes and systems. Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members; participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Actively participate in Agile or Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. Technical Skills: Pega Development: Proficient in Pega PRPC application development and customization. Programming Languages: Knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Node.js. Development Methodologies: Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Git, JIRA, and Confluence. Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Pega or related technologies. Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews. Day-to-Day Activities: Participate in daily stand-up meetings and project planning sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective solutions. Write, test, and deploy Pega solutions in accordance with project timelines. Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers. Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements in Pega development. Provide technical support to team members and resolve technical issues as they arise. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Adaptability to new technologies and changing requirements. Good time management and prioritization skills.
