AI / ML Engineer

• Develop and implement generative AI models, applying deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, develop hypotheses, and test them with data to drive informed decisions.
• Conduct ongoing research to stay updated with advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, integrating innovative solutions into products and services.
• Optimize existing generative AI models for enhanced performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Lead the design and development of prompt engineering strategies to maximize GenAI model outputs and capabilities.
• Implement cutting-edge NLP techniques and prompt engineering methodologies for conversational AI, speech, and voice applications.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in AI model training and deployment.
• Work with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying AI/ML applications and solutions.
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation, user guides, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Contribute to establishing best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Solid experience in developing and implementing generative AI models with strong knowledge of deep learning techniques (GPT, VAE, GANs).
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with NLP tools and libraries like SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex AI concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Information

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer with focus on generative AI models.
• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field; Ph.D. highly desirable.
• Ability to work proactively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling diverse data formats through omni-channel approaches for speech and voice applications is a plus.
