Job Description

As a highly skilled and certified Pega Developer (LSA), you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade BPM and case management solutions using Pega Platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance Pega applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop end-to-end Pega-based BPM applications following best practices and Pega guardrails. - Lead the architecture, design, and development of new Pega solutions and enhancements to existing systems. - Build reusable frameworks, components, and integrations leveraging Pega PRPC, Pega Rules, and Case Management features. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) principles. - Ensure code quality, reusability, and compliance with Pega design and performance standards. - Integrate Pega applications with external systems through SOAP/REST APIs, JMS, and other integration frameworks. - Configure data pages, connectors, and services to enable seamless data flow between systems. - Implement authentication, authorization, and access control using Pega security models. - Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications for scalability and stability. - Analyze logs, conduct root-cause analysis, and apply performance improvement strategies. - Ensure system resilience and high availability through efficient architectural decisions. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and Pega team members. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure alignment of design and delivery. - Participate in code reviews, technical walkthroughs, and system design discussions. - Document architecture, design decisions, and reusable components for team reference. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC application design and development. - Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification is mandatory. - Strong experience in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC), Pega Flows, Activities, Decision Rules, Data Pages, and Case Management, Pega UI, Pega Integration Services, Declarative Rules, Agents, and Reporting. - Solid understanding of Pega guardrails, reusability principles, and rule resolution. - Expertise in application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and deployment management. - Experience integrating Pega with external systems using APIs and data connectors. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum ceremonies. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. **Good to Have:** - Exposure to Pega Decisioning / Customer Decision Hub (CDH). - Experience with Pega 8.x versions or Pega Infinity platform. - Familiarity with CI/CD automation for Pega deployments (Jenkins, Git, etc.). - Knowledge of Cloud deployments (Pega Cloud, AWS, or Azure). - Background in Java/J2EE, SQL, or BPM integrations is an added advantage.,
