Pega Developer

Tapping into your deep technical knowledge to lead projects that design, develop, and optimize business processes across the Pega platform. You will be responsible for reviewing solution requests and designs against best practices and aligning them with the future vision of Pega. Additionally, you will identify, develop, and document repeatable design and implementation methodologies based on functional requirements using Pega. It will be crucial to define, develop, document, and maintain governance for the use of Pega, while staying well-versed with Pega concepts and technology roadmap to make recommendations for the Pega roadmap. Collaborating in a cross-functional team environment is essential to ensure that corporate-wide settings configurations are aligned with business requirements. You will be expected to suggest alternatives to custom solutions, create user acceptance testing and performance testing plans, and review Pega designs for existing and new applications to maintain quality, consistency, and adherence to design guidelines. Code review for Pega solutions and functionality, as well as participation in proof of concept and value activities with CoE architects, will be part of your responsibilities. Connecting with product vendors for bug fixes and updates is also crucial. In the realm of React JS, your expertise will be required in designing and developing interactive web-based applications using core JavaScript frameworks, particularly incubating ReactJS solution components alongside Redux, Redux Middleware, RX JS, Styled Components, CSS Modules, and AWS. Effective communication with UI/UX, business, and product ownership stakeholders to analyze requirements and suggest efficient solutions will be a key aspect of this role. This is a full-time position requiring work from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of experience with Pegasystems, 8 years with Reactjs, and 6 years with Pega UI.
