Job Summary

The Sr. Developer role is pivotal in driving the success of our Pega platform initiatives. With a focus on Pega Integration Sizing & Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning the candidate will ensure optimal system functionality. Expertise in Charles River and Advent Geneva is essential to align technical solutions with business needs. The role is hybrid with day shifts.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Pega solutions that align with business requirements and enhance system capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications seamlessly within existing systems.
Conduct thorough Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning to ensure efficient resource allocation and system performance.
Monitor and control Pega applications to maintain high availability and reliability.
Manage Pega Release processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.
Perform Pega Performance Tuning to optimize application speed and responsiveness.
Oversee Pega Installation processes to ensure compliance with company standards and protocols.
Utilize domain expertise in Charles River to tailor Pega solutions that meet specific financial industry needs.
Apply knowledge of Advent Geneva to enhance Pega applications compatibility and functionality.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Pega solutions.
Ensure all Pega applications adhere to security and compliance standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve Pega processes to drive innovation and efficiency. Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Pega Platform and its various components.
Demonstrate expertise in Pega Integration techniques and best practices.
Have experience in Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning to optimize system resources.
Show proficiency in Pega Monitoring & Control to maintain system stability.
Be skilled in Pega Release Management for effective application deployment.
Exhibit knowledge in PEGA Performance Tuning for enhanced application performance.
Understand Pega Installation procedures and standards.
Have domain experience in Charles River to align technical solutions with industry needs.
Possess knowledge of Advent Geneva for improved application compatibility.
Be familiar with hybrid work models and adapt to day shift schedules.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills for Pega-related challenges.
