The role centers around solution design and development on the Pega Platform, specifically targeting a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to contribute significantly to the technical design and development of our technical solutions. In this role, your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the Pega Platform using Pega PRPC and Pega BPM to address complex business requirements. You will lead Pega Integration efforts, configure Pega WebLogic for application deployment, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and implement Pega KYC framework for regulatory compliance. Testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentoring junior developers will also be key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification, and proven experience in Pega Platform, Pega PRPC, and Pega BPM. Strong skills in Pega Integration, Pega API, Pega WebLogic administration, regulatory frameworks, accessibility testing tools, and additional Pega certifications are highly desirable. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies would be an added advantage to excel in this role.
