Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead
As a Salesforce Developer, your role involves designing, configuring, coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions in accordance with recommended best practices and performance expectations. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements, design technical solutions, and translate functional designs into technical specifications. Your responsibilities also include configuring and developing solutions, creating interfaces, generating reports and dashboards, defining test plans, managing testing and deployment processes, supporting enhancements and change requests, as well as leading and managing a development team. Moreover, you will coordinate with customer teams for design, development, testing, and deployment activities, support presales efforts by providing technical responses, effort estimations, and demo configurations, and contribute to the design and development of pre-built solutions. It is essential to maintain a deep technical understanding of Salesforce products, conduct technical workshops for internal teams, and possess expertise in Visualforce, Apex, LWC, SLDS, Workflows, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, UI/UX design, Agile delivery, and Scrum. The ideal candidate should have Salesforce certifications, particularly Platform Developer I, with a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Salesforce products like Sales, Service, Field Service, Einstein Analytics, and Communities, as well as knowledge of Process Builder, SOQL, SOSL queries, integration using APIs, data migration tools, development tools, configuration management, and version control is required. Additionally, familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, architecture standards, SFDX, and experience as a team player are essential. This position is located in Hyderabad.,
