Pega Architect

Data modeling and integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow across Pega applications will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will oversee Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implementation, monitor application performance using tools like Pega Tracer and Performance Analyzer (PAL), and deploy Pega KYC solutions tailored to specific business needs while ensuring regulatory compliance. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring developers and analysts, and leading performance optimization initiatives using Pega Performance Analyzer (PAL). Stakeholder engagement, gathering requirements, and providing technical documentation will be essential for project execution and future maintenance. You will also play a key role in ensuring all solutions adhere to security standards and leverage Pega RPA for process automation, thereby enhancing workflows and reducing manual intervention. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, along with extensive experience in Pega Platform, Pega PRPC, and BPM. Your proficiency in data modeling, Pega integration, API integration, and security protocols is essential. Holding certifications such as Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CPLSA) and Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a focus on optimizing Pega applications for performance and scalability are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role.
