Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Pega systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support Pega applications.
  • Monitor system health and proactively address any issues to minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Pega Administration.
  • Strong understanding of Pega system architecture and administration.
  • Experience with Pega development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of managing Pega environments in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
