We are looking for a full-time Pediatrician/Neonatologist to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering excellence in inpatient care.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatrician/Neonatologist at Aria Healthcare in Deoghar. The role involves -

• Manage inpatient care across Ward, NICU, and PICU – from admission to discharge.
• Execute and monitor treatment plans as advised by the consultants.
• Ensure continuous, safe, and evidence-based management of patients.
• Implement and standardize clinical protocols for effective and reliable service delivery.
• Lead improvements in patient monitoring, documentation, and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with the hospital team to strengthen patient outcomes and overall care quality.

Work Details

• Duty Hours: 9 AM – 9 PM, Monday to Saturday

• Location: Aria Healthcare, Deoghar (Tier-3 city, Jharkhand)

• Compensation: Annual CTC – ₹24,00,000 (non-negotiable)

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics (mandatory).

• Fellowship/Diploma in Neonatology preferred but not essential.

• Strong clinical acumen in inpatient pediatric and neonatal care.

• Ability to work in a resource-limited setting with high accountability and empathy.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
