Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses in children while ensuring adherence to international clinical guidelines.
• Conduct routine examinations, vaccinations, and developmental assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, and preventive care.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics (or equivalent recognized qualification).
• 4–5 years of post-qualification clinical experience in pediatrics.
• Valid medical license; eligibility or willingness to obtain necessary Caribbean medical licenses.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in diverse cultural settings.
• Experience in hospital or outpatient pediatric settings preferred.
• Commitment to child-centered, compassionate care.
