PDS DevOps and FIX Onboarding

As a PDS DevOps and FIX Onboarding at Barclays, you will lead the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You will utilize cutting-edge technology to transform digital offerings and ensure unparalleled customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for the service management function to resolve complex issues for specific clients or groups of clients. - Develop the support model and service offering to enhance customer service and stakeholder satisfaction. - Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software, utilize monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues for optimal performance. - Maintain a knowledge base with detailed documentation of resolved cases for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Analyze system logs, error messages, and user reports to identify root causes of hardware, software, and network issues and provide resolutions. - Automate tasks, enhance monitoring, manage capacity, ensure resiliency, and support stakeholder management. - Identify, remediate, or escalate potential service impacting risks and issues through appropriate processes. - Proactively assess support activities, implement automations for stability and efficiency, and tune monitoring tools and alerting to ensure timely issue resolution. Qualifications Required: Basic/ Essential Qualifications: - IT Incident Management - Unix hands-on experience - Change and Transformation skills Desirable Skillsets/ Good to Have: - FIX Client on-boarding experience - Business Communication skills - Exposure to Python This role is based in Pune.
