As a PDS DevOps and FIX Onboarding at Barclays, you will be spearheading the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. Your role will involve harnessing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for the service management function to resolve more complex issues for a specific client or group of clients. - Develop the support model and service offering to enhance service to customers and stakeholders. - Execute preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software, utilizing monitoring tools and metrics to identify and prevent potential issues. - Maintain a knowledge base with detailed documentation of resolved cases for future reference and knowledge sharing. - Analyze system logs, error messages, and user reports to identify root causes of hardware, software, and network issues and provide resolutions. - Implement automation, monitoring enhancements, capacity management, resiliency, and business continuity management. - Identify and remediate potential service impacting risks and issues through appropriate processes. - Proactively assess support activities, implement automations for stability and efficiency, and tune monitoring tools and alerting systems. Qualification Required: Basic/ Essential Qualifications: - IT Incident Management - Unix hands-on experience - Change and Transformation Desirable Skillsets/Good to have: - Fix Client onboarding experience - Business Communication skills - Python exposure This role is based out of Pune.
