PDI Supervisor

Job Description:

We are hiring PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the inspection of new vehicles before delivery to customers. The role ensures that all vehicles meet manufacturer quality standards, are defect-free, and are delivered on time with complete documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of PDI technicians.
• Ensure all vehicles undergo PDI as per manufacturer and dealership checklists.
• Inspect vehicle exterior, interior, engine, electrical systems, and accessories.
• Verify fitment of accessories and ensure proper functioning.
• Identify defects or issues and coordinate rectification with service teams.
• Maintain PDI records, inspection reports, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics departments for smooth deliveries.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.
• Conduct final inspection approval before customer handover.
• Train and guide PDI staff on procedures and quality expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
