Job Description

Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) in accordance with approved procedures, codes, and customer specifications (ASME, ASTM, ISO, EN, etc.).
Conduct inspection of weld joints, plates, forgings, castings, and structural components.
Verify surface preparation, equipment calibration, and setup before inspection.
Operate and maintain UT equipment (A-scan / Digital Flaw Detectors).
Identify, evaluate, and classify discontinuities such as cracks, porosity, and lack of fusion.
Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain traceable records.
Ensure the traceability of reference standards and calibration blocks (DAC / TCG curves).
Review inspection results and coordinate with QA for necessary corrective actions.
Assist in documentation and coordination during client or third-party inspections.
Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE during testing operations.
