PCI Compliance Specialist (German Language)

Role Overview: As a PCI Compliance Specialist at VikingCloud, you will play a crucial role in providing professional and accurate support to merchant customers in achieving and maintaining PCI-DSS Compliance. Your role will involve educating callers on the importance of compliance and delivering exceptional customer support through various communication methods. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to merchant customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web-chat communication methods. - Educate callers on the significance of PCI-DSS Compliance and assist them at each step of the process. - Identify opportunities to promote Sysnet products and services to customers. - Strive to achieve first call resolution by efficiently gathering necessary information during customer interactions. - Manage assertive or complicated calls by responding in a calm, clear, respectful, and helpful manner. - Log each call accurately using the appropriate systems and guidelines. - Meet call/chat metrics in line with stated goals and Service Level Agreements. - Undertake additional duties as necessary to support business needs. Qualification Required: - Minimum Graduate or equivalent qualification. - 1 years of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center setting. - Excellent Communication Skills with fluency in verbal German. - Proven experience in handling customer interactions through live chat platforms and call lines. - Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and proficient in computer use and MS Office. - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work flexible shifts with impeccable schedule adherence. - A team player with a positive outlook and a passion for customer support.,
