PCG ADVISOR - JD

Designation: Equity Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute trades on behalf of clients, aligning with their investment strategies and preferences.
Provide expert advisory services to enhance portfolio growth, with a focus on Assets Under Management (AUM) product penetration.
Promote and cross-sell third-party investment products, including Insurance, Mutual Funds (MF), PMS, SIP, AIF, Bonds, Fixed Deposits (FD), Unlisted Shares, and Investment Advisory Services (IAP).
Acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
Conduct client meetings to review portfolio performance, provide investment recommendations, and ensure continuous engagement.

RETAIL ADVISOR - JD

Designation: RM Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

Activate trading accounts for clients and guide new entrants in understanding equity market dynamics.
Cross-sell investment products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds (MF), PMS, SIP, and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) to existing clients.
Coordinate daily equity trades for clients and assist in executing trades online or placing orders on their behalf.
Drive revenue growth while ensuring client profitability and long-term engagement.
Provide clients with market insights and investment advisory services based on current financial conditions.
Acquire new clients through referrals from existing customers.
Reactivate inactive clients through consistent follow-ups and engagement strategies.
Ensure timely collection of margins and market-to-market losses
