PCB Soldering and Packaging Technician

As a Soldering and Packaging Technician at our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing precision soldering on electronic components and ensuring proper packaging of finished products for shipment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform soldering of electronic components on PCBs and assemblies following quality standards. - Inspect solder joints for accuracy and compliance with IPC standards. - Operate soldering equipment and maintain tools in good working condition. - Handle packaging of finished products, ensuring proper labeling and protection during transit. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. - Assist in inventory management for soldering materials and packaging supplies. - Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics preferred. - Minimum 12 years of experience in soldering and packaging in an electronics manufacturing environment. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. - Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. - Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination for precision work.
