Job Description

PCB Layout Engineer 01 Engineer.

Develop a deep understanding of products, customers, goals, and organization, evaluating systems and processes, and identifying improvement needs.
Conceptualize and develop solutions based on project requirements and company standards through the use of simulations/modeling to support expansions and change.
Develop and implement processes that improve manufacturing production and deliver quality outputs by securing and managing engineering service providers, inspectors, and other technical resources that may be needed to develop the project.
Meet PPP’s quality standards while maintaining a working knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices and upholding federal and state regulations.
Develop, train, and educate junior engineers, guide technical direction, and act as a technical liaison between customers.
Familiarity with national and international design standards including but not limited to UL, IEEE, NEC, MIL-STD-461, JSS55555, MIL-STD-810, and associated EMI-EMC standards.
Responsible for project timelines, approach, and execution.
Responsible for complex and vital design decisions.
Responsible for project execution and design ownership.
