As a Practice Head for the P&C Insurance vertical within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for leading the India Consulting Hub and driving business growth and excellence. Your primary focus will be on the APMEA region, while also supporting the expansion of the P&C Insurance business in other geographies like Europe and Americas. Your core responsibilities will include defining and implementing a business growth strategy in collaboration with regional Insurance Consulting Leads, developing differentiated services and solutions, and enhancing the delivery leadership for strategic engagements. You will also be tasked with building a strong competency and capability within the P&C Insurance team, driving Wipro's market positioning, and improving client relationships. To excel in this role, you should possess strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities. Your ability to drive change, build relationships, and motivate teams will be essential in achieving results. Additionally, your thought leadership, personal drive, and entrepreneurial mindset will play a key role in shaping the success of the India Consulting Hub. You should have a proven track record in consulting sales, delivery management, and transformative technology themes within the Insurance sector. Experience as an SME in a consulting or BFSI organization will be beneficial, along with expertise in consultative selling and client relationship management. Key skills required for this role include proposition definition, engagement shaping, and leveraging technology for business benefits. You should also demonstrate leadership, communication, and networking abilities, along with a creative and motivating approach to consulting leadership.
