Role Overview: You will be part of the Performance & Reward team responsible for designing and implementing performance, remuneration, and incentive programs. Your role will involve researching, analyzing, and overseeing the global design and performance of core performance, reward, and benefits policies. You will also be involved in exploring innovative opportunities to enhance performance driving areas of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to timely salary cost booking in SAP. - Review and monitor unreconciled items in various bank accounts on a monthly basis. - Manage bank account reconciliations within defined deadlines. - Handle the accounting, invoicing, compliance, and reporting aspects of Seconded and Transferred employees. - Interact with external statutory bodies related to HR matters as required. - Manage data, reconciliation, and disclosures mandated by regulatory bodies for HR-related matters. - Ensure timely actuarial valuation for retirals across group entities. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in ERPs such as SAP, Workday, etc. - Preferably experience in the BFSI sector. - Good written and oral communication skills.
