Payroll Operations Associate Manager

As an experienced professional with 10 to 14 years of experience, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing teams and client key stakeholders. Knowledge of ERP applications such as SAP, Workday, and PeopleSoft would be beneficial for this role. Your primary responsibility would be to ensure the delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement and maintain standards of service relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency. In this role, you will be expected to initiate, design, and implement business process excellence improvements. It is essential to demonstrate a deep awareness of business and industry issues and drivers. Your decision-making skills will play a crucial role in improving the operation of the assigned service line and contributing to the advancement of clients and Accenture's business. You should be capable of providing solutions to complex business problems within the service line and establishing key relationships with clients, team leads, and client management. Being adaptable and flexible is key for this role, along with strong problem-solving skills and the agility for quick learning. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential to succeed in this position. As part of your responsibilities, you will analyze and solve moderately complex problems, often creating new solutions by leveraging existing methods and procedures. You should have an understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals. Your interactions will primarily be with your direct supervisor or team leads, as well as peers and management levels at clients and within Accenture. You should be able to work independently with minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Your decisions may impact the team you are part of and occasionally other teams. If in an individual contributor role, you may manage medium-small sized teams and work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
