As a valued member of the team in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of P&O processes, principles, and guidelines for a small client group. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating data analysis and evaluation to assist in the implementation and maintenance of processes, services, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the team to operationalize P&O strategic objectives and provide specific advice on the implementation of processes and standards related to all aspects of P&O Services. You will also offer guidance and assistance to customers/users through consulting and training, support the identification and planning of services, and handle standard service requests and user administration tasks. Additionally, you will track service requests, troubleshoot issues, and support periodic cost and efficiency analyses to help achieve productivity objectives. Your role will also involve contributing to P&O Services projects at the country or BU level, ensuring the successful evaluation of services, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience, possess proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage), and have familiarity with ticketing tools like Service Now.
