Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
Compliance
Monitoring & Verification of PF & ESIC Nos & all challans in the process.
Liasoning & renewal processes with Labour Law Department and other government bodies on monthly, quarterly , half yearly & yearly as per checklist.
Attending statutory discrepancies in coordination with Govt. body & visit if required.
Qualification :
1. Graduate or Post Graduate
2. Experience 3 to 4 years in the Payroll functions
