Payroll Executive

Payroll Executive with 1+ year of work experience required in a listed manufacturing organisation located at Navi Mumbai (nearby Turbhe / Juinagar station)

JD:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including computation of earnings, deductions, and benefits

- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement

- Structure employee salaries in accordance with company policy and statutory guidelines to optimize tax efficiency

- Coordinate with HR and finance teams for employee data management , payroll inputs, and statutory filings

- Ensured compliance with PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and Professional Tax , including accurate filing of statutory returns

- Prepare and file payroll-related statutory returns and reports within prescribed deadlines

- Address employee queries related to payroll, taxation, and salary structure in a timely manner

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee and payroll informat

Salary up to Rs 25,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
