As a member of the team at Ramaera, a manufacturer of daily needs goods and products with a goal to establish 10,000 industries by 2025, your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance and providing support to employees. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax deductions, provident fund contributions, and other local regulations. - Process employee leave and other benefits as per company policies. - Assist in month-end and year-end processes. - Provide ad-hoc support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. Qualifications & Experience: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
