Payments Pricing (Merchant Services) - Associate

Role Overview: You will be supporting Merchant & Treasury Services pricing initiatives, including recurring reprices, client maintenance, data modelling, document and batch file management, client and employee communications, as well as ad-hoc special projects. Your role will involve assessing current and front-book pricing, developing and recommending new pricing constructs, and working on complex financial models for pricing strategies. You will need to manage work priorities independently with a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: - Support Merchant & Treasury Services pricing initiatives such as recurring reprices and client maintenance - Assess current and front-book pricing, make recommendations for back-book price adjustments, and suggest front-book pricing approval thresholds - Develop and recommend new or modified pricing constructs for the market - Work on complex financial models for new and existing pricing strategies - Analyze ad hoc requests including financial modelling, support customer requests, and assess customer profitability - Manage work and priorities independently, demonstrating good work ethics Qualifications Required: - Intermediate Excel, VBA Macros, SQL, Alteryx, and working knowledge of financial modelling - Logical and analytical approach to data analysis with the ability to identify trends/patterns and propose solutions - Capability to synthesize multiple data sets into cohesive presentations and recommendations - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, self-manage deadlines, and articulate progress and milestones clearly - Strong relationship-building skills with key business stakeholders and the ability to deliver initiatives effectively - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate with senior management Additional Company Details: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are provided in the job description.,
