PAYMENTS ONLINE EXECUITVE

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Payments Online Executive to manage and process online financial transactions for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payments to vendors, staff salaries, and other organizational disbursements through online banking and payment gateways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process online payments to vendors, employees, and other parties as per company policy
• Review and verify payment approval sheets before initiating any transactions
• Maintain accurate records of all payments and transactions made
• Coordinate with the accounts and HR departments for timely salary disbursements
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Handle reconciliation of bank statements related to online payments
• Assist in resolving any issues related to failed or pending payments
• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience in handling online payments or a similar finance role
• Good knowledge of internet banking and payment gateways (e.g., NEFT, RTGS, UPI, IMPS)
• Familiarity with financial documentation and approval processes
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
