As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between business, IT, and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements and technical deliverables. You will collaborate with functional BAs, product SMEs, QAs, engineering teams, and solution architects to provide walkthroughs of requirements, understand technical dependencies, and work towards delivering solutions. Additionally, you will provide content leadership in defining solutions for clients" business requirements, gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, and ensure clear communication with the technical team. To excel in this role, you should possess strong ACI UPF customization skills, an understanding of As-is and gathering requirements, familiarity with databases, scripting, and Microservice architecture. Your analytical skills will be crucial, as you will be expected to analyze complex workflows and propose scalable solutions. Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence is necessary. Furthermore, soft skills such as excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in documentation skills like flow diagrams, procedures, and manuals is also required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or M.Tech would be considered a plus.
