Payment Technology Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect at Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in solution delivery by translating intricate cross-functional business requirements into a well-defined technical roadmap. Acting as a bridge between technical and business teams, you will ensure that the solutions align with project objectives. Leveraging your deep understanding of various technologies and business functions, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology experts, and shared services teams to establish an integrated and efficient system that not only meets current business needs but also supports future growth and evolution. Your responsibilities will include leading technical responses to RFI/RFP, facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, mapping business processes, documenting customer journeys, and translating high-level business requirements into specific technology solutions. Additionally, you will be required to create and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas, research industry best practices, and develop new strategies and solutions. Collaboration with IT delivery teams, IT Leadership, and thought leadership through various mediums such as presentations, whitepapers, blogs, and community involvement will also be part of your role. To excel in this role, you should possess prior lead experience within an IT environment, at least 12 years of IT experience with a strong project and process management skillset, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Your communication skills, both written and oral, should be top-notch, with the capability to effectively convey complex issues and the business value of solutions. Moreover, you should have a strong expertise in cloud platforms, API integration, and microservices. It would be advantageous if you have familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), industry certifications such as TOGAF and Cloud, and a profound understanding of the AI/ML & Gen AI ecosystem. Your role will also involve ensuring that the roadmaps and technical recommendations comply with architecture standards, established methodologies, and best practices, as well as coaching, mentoring, and leading internal and external technical project resources.,
