Payment Switch Solutions – Postline Support

We’re looking for a skilled professional to provide postline support for payment switch and transaction systems. You’ll ensure smooth transaction processing, resolve technical issues, and maintain high system uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support payment switch operations (POS, ATM, EFT).

• Troubleshoot transaction failures, reversals, and connectivity issues.

• Perform log analysis, RCA, and coordinate with tech teams for issue resolution.

• Support deployments, patches, and system performance reviews.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in payment switch or transaction support.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 8583, EFT, POS/ATM transaction flow.

• Hands-on with Linux, SQL, and log analysis.

• Familiar with switches like FSS, Postilion, Base24, or Opentech.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of ISO 20022, EMV, or API-based systems.

• Experience with tools like Jira

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
