Job Summary

Payment Posting

Key Responsibilities

Post
insurance & patient payments
, adjustments, and denials into billing systems.
Process and reconcile
ERAs, EOBs, and manual payments
with bank deposits.
Identify, investigate, and escalate
posting variances and discrepancies
.
Coordinate with AR and Denial teams for
payment-related issues
.
Ensure correctness and compliance with
HIPAA regulations
.
Support
month-end closing
, cash balancing, and internal audits.

Skills & Qualifications

1–6 years of experience in
US Healthcare RCM – Payment Posting
.
Strong understanding of
ERA/EOB
, payer guidelines, and insurance types.
Basic knowledge of
ICD, CPT, HCPCS
coding.
Hands-on experience with billing software and MS Excel.
Strong communication & analytical skills.
