Responsibilities and Duties
• Accountable for the writing of various technical documentation; Develop technical use cases, test plans and scenarios, automation architecture, detailed standard operating procedure of the program, • Accountable and responsible that the applicative design of the solution is consistent and performed following best practices • Lead the technical design of the solution / the development of new functionalities for new or existing applications and guarantee the integrity of the design • Understand the customers requirements, and translate the functional and non-functional specifications into the software architecture that will drive the creation of the technical solution design and detailed technical specifications • Accountable and responsible for the technical design of the application program and plan for software evolution, taking in consideration future changes in requirements • Responsible for the technical solution design and definition; including technical risk and impact analysis/management and articulate the benefits • Define the required development environment, the frameworks, libraries, platforms and ensures programming activities alignment with best practices • Responsible capitalization activities • Perform the packaging and deployment of the program code into customer environment • Identify and develop additional services revenue opportunities • Support and lead the customer in making strategic decisions • Support the Project Manager and/or lead lessons learned/after action review activities • Participate to the customer relationship management at a middle management level • Participate in the proposal writing (SOW, PCR) • Lead and motivate the development team to deliver high quality and maintainable code
