As a Pattern Master - Woven Garment at our company in NavaIndia, CBE, you will be responsible for the following: - Strong expertise in woven garment patterns (menswear/womenswear/kidswear as per company need). - Proficient in manual pattern-making and CAD software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Optitex). - Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fit, grading, and sizing standards. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. - Ability to work with sampling, production, and quality teams. - Good communication and time-management skills. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Any Degree - 7-10 years of experience in pattern-making for woven garments Please note that the work location for this full-time, permanent position is in person.
