As a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Master at SVS Global Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to create precise garment patterns using both traditional and modern techniques. You will collaborate closely with designers and production teams to ensure high-quality standards are maintained and innovative designs are brought to life. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and create accurate patterns from design sketches, technical drawings, and specifications. - Utilize manual pattern-making techniques to craft first patterns, production patterns, and graded patterns. - Ensure patterns align with design intent, fit requirements, and production standards. - Conduct fit sessions, provide expert feedback on garment fit and construction, and adjust patterns for optimal fit and balance. - Troubleshoot pattern-related issues and propose effective solutions. - Perform accurate pattern grading to develop a full range of sizes and maintain consistency in sizing and fit across all styles. - Work closely with designers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs. - Communicate pattern requirements clearly to all stakeholders and maintain well-organized pattern records for reference. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience as a Pattern Master in the fashion and apparel industry. - Expertise in pattern making, grading, and garment construction. - Strong understanding of fit and sizing principles. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. - Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
